Assay Genie's phosphotyrosine EphB2 ELISA enables researchers to quantitatively measure activated, tyrosine-phosphorylated EphB2 receptor levels in cell lysates and tissue lysates. EphB2 is a receptor tyrosine kinase whose phosphorylation status reflects downstream signaling in pathways controlling cell migration, angiogenesis, and neuronal axon guidance. The antibody-based capture system is specific for phosphotyrosine residues and is paired with anti-EphB2 detection, allowing a site-independent readout of receptor activation state in response to ligand stimulation or kinase inhibitor treatment.
