Human Phosphotyrosine EphB1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1809)

This phosphorylation immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to quantify tyrosine-phosphorylated EphB1 receptor levels in prepared cell and tissue lysate samples. EphB1 is a member of the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases, the Eph receptors, named for their discovery in Erythropoietin-producing hepatocellular cell lines. EphB1 activation by membrane-anchored ephrin-B ligands drives bidirectional signaling that governs axon pathfinding, cell sorting at tissue boundaries, intestinal epithelial homeostasis, and vascular remodeling.
