The Phosphotyrosine ACK assay from Assay Genie quantitatively measures tyrosine-phosphorylated ACK (TNK2) non-receptor tyrosine kinase in lysates prepared from cultured human cells or homogenised tissue. ACK is implicated in receptor tyrosine kinase signalling, cytoskeletal remodelling, and tumour cell migration, so phospho-ACK quantification is widely used in prostate, breast, and lung cancer signalling studies and in investigations of growth-factor-driven ACK activation in vitro.
