Human Phosphotidylinositol phosphatase PTPRQ (PTPRQ) ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human phosphatidylinositol phosphatase PTPRQ in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human PTPRQ (UniProt Q9UMZ3), also referred to as Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase Q or PTP-RQ, and is supplied for research use only.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.23 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.5% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across sample dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 108% (range 102–114%) and in plasma averages 110% (range 104–116%).
