Human Phosphoserine Aminotransferase 1 (PSAT1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human PSAT1 ELISA Kit supports quantitative studies of phosphoserine aminotransferase 1, a pyridoxal-phosphate-dependent enzyme that catalyzes conversion of 3-phosphohydroxypyruvate to O-phosphoserine in the serine synthesis pathway. Because PSAT1 activity fuels the serine-glycine-one-carbon metabolic axis, researchers use this kit to probe metabolic reprogramming in tumor cells, hepatocellular carcinoma progression, and one-carbon metabolism in proliferative tissues.

The microplate-format immunoassay includes a capture antibody pre-coated on a strip well plate, a biotinylated secondary antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate. Reagents are sufficient for the entire microplate, with a recommended sample volume of 100 µL per well. Working standards are reconstituted from lyophilized vials and serially diluted to construct an 8-point calibration curve for interpolating unknown sample concentrations.

Each kit contains a sealed microplate, assay diluent, wash buffer concentrate, detection reagent, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Reconstituted standards and streptavidin-HRP should be aliquoted and frozen immediately to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
