Human Phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthase-associated protein 1 (PRPSAP1) ELISA Kit

The kit is intended for research applications investigating the role of PRPSAP1 in nucleotide metabolism and its association with conditions such as neurological disorders and cancer.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. It specifically detects natural and recombinant human PRPSAP1, with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 9.7%. Recovery has been validated at an average of 91% (range 85-97%) in serum and 93% (range 87-99%) in plasma.
