Human Phospholipase C Gamma 1 (PLCg1) ELISA Kit

Cytoplasmic Phospholipase C Gamma 1 (PLCg1) is a key signaling enzyme that hydrolyzes phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2) into inositol trisphosphate and diacylglycerol, driving calcium release and protein kinase C activation downstream of receptor tyrosine kinases. Quantitative measurement of PLCg1 supports studies of growth factor signaling, T-cell receptor activation, and oncogenic pathways where PLCg1 mutations and overexpression have been documented across multiple human cancers.

The Assay Genie ELISA Kit is formatted for 96 assays and uses a colorimetric readout intended for quantitative detection of human PLCg1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and related biological preparations. Each kit includes the microplate and reagents needed to generate a standard curve and quantify endogenous PLCg1 against the supplied reference standard.
