Human Phospholipase A2, membrane associated (PLA2G2A) ELISA Kit

Performance specifications include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 18pg/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 6.0% and an inter-assay CV of 10.6%. PLA2G2A is a calcium-dependent enzyme involved in the regulation of lipid metabolism and inflammatory processes, with research relevance to cardiovascular disease; the target is referenced under UniProt P14555 and is localised to the cell membrane as a peripheral membrane protein, as well as being secreted.
