Human Phosphoglycerate mutase 2 (PGAM2) ELISA Kit

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human PGAM2 and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. PGAM2 is a homodimeric enzyme that catalyses the interconversion of 3- and 2-phosphoglycerate using 2,3-bisphosphoglycerate as the primer of the reaction, and can additionally catalyse the related synthase reaction with reduced activity.
