Human Phosphofructokinase, Platelet (PFKP) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie PFKP ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of platelet-type phosphofructokinase, the rate-limiting regulatory enzyme of glycolysis that phosphorylates fructose-6-phosphate to fructose-1,6-bisphosphate. PFKP is one of three tissue-specific isoforms (PFKP, PFKM, PFKL) and is broadly expressed in platelets and upregulated in many tumour cell lines, supporting research in cancer metabolism, the Warburg effect, and platelet bioenergetics.

Each kit includes pre-coated microplate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution, and an instruction manual. Components should be kept refrigerated upon arrival and equilibrated to room temperature before the assay. This product is for research use only and is intended for in vitro laboratory applications, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
