Human Phosphodiesterase 3B, cGMP Inhibited (PDE3B) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie microplate-based immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of human Phosphodiesterase 3B (PDE3B) in research samples, requiring 50 μL of sample per well. PDE3B is a cGMP-inhibited phosphodiesterase that hydrolyzes cyclic nucleotides and regulates intracellular cAMP levels in adipocytes, hepatocytes, pancreatic beta cells, and cardiovascular tissue. The kit supports metabolic disease research, including studies of insulin signaling, lipolysis regulation, type 2 diabetes, and obesity, as well as cardiovascular pharmacology investigations involving PDE3 inhibitors such as cilostazol and milrinone.
