Human Phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) ELISA Kit

Phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) hydrolyzes both cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP and is most highly expressed in the striatal medium spiny neurons of the human basal ganglia. The Assay Genie ELISA Kit for human PDE10A enables quantitative measurement of this enzyme in tissue homogenates and related research samples.

The 96-assay plate format supports batched experimental runs read on a standard microplate reader. The kit is validated for reactivity with human samples and is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or clinical procedures.

Applications include studies of dopaminergic signaling in the caudate, putamen, nucleus accumbens, and globus pallidus, as well as investigations of PDE10A as a pharmacological target in disorders involving striatal medium spiny neuron function.
