Human Phospho-WNK1 (T60) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS2017)

This phosphorylation ELISA from Assay Genie quantitatively measures human WNK1 phosphorylated at threonine 60, an activating modification within the N-terminal regulatory domain that drives downstream SPAK and OSR1 kinase signaling and renal sodium-chloride cotransporter (NCC) activity. The assay is calibrated for use with cell lysates and tissue lysates, supporting research into hypertension, pseudohypoaldosteronism type II (Gordon syndrome), and renal ion-transport regulation. The human-specific capture and detection antibodies show no significant cross-reactivity with WNK2, WNK3, or WNK4 in validation testing.
