Built by Assay Genie for signaling research, the Phospho-TAK1 (Ser412) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit quantifies the activated form of TAK1 (also called MAP3K7) at the Ser412 regulatory phospho-site. Phosphorylation at Ser412 reflects TAK1 engagement within the NF-κB, JNK, and p38 MAPK signaling cascades, so the kit lets researchers distinguish the phospho-TAK1 pool from total TAK1 protein in matched lysates — a common requirement for time-course, cytokine-stimulation, and small-molecule kinase-inhibitor studies in inflammation and cellular stress workflows.

The kit is validated for human samples and is run on cell lysates or tissue lysates prepared with phosphatase-inhibitor-supplemented lysis buffers. Each kit provides a 96-assay microplate pre-coated with the phospho-specific capture antibody, together with a recombinant phospho-TAK1 standard, biotinylated detection antibody, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Components ship on cold packs; store the kit at -20°C and limit freeze-thaw cycles by aliquoting working stocks. Intended for research use only, in vitro applications.
