Human Phospho-PYK2 (Y402) and Total PYK2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1942)

This dual-analyte immunoassay from Assay Genie quantitatively measures tyrosine 402 phosphorylation of PYK2 (also known as PTK2B or RAFTK) alongside total PYK2 protein in the same sample well, allowing researchers to normalize activation state against expression. Y402 is the major autophosphorylation site in the FERM domain of PYK2 and is phosphorylated upon integrin engagement, calcium influx, and stimulation of G-protein-coupled receptors, supporting investigations of integrin signaling, neuronal calcium signaling, osteoclast differentiation, and immune cell activation.

The assay is supplied as a complete kit containing a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies specific for phospho-Y402 and total PYK2, dilution buffers, substrate solution, wash concentrate, and standard reconstitution reagents. It is intended for research use only with cultured human cell lysates and tissue lysates prepared in the presence of phosphatase inhibitors to preserve the Y402 phosphorylation mark.
