The Assay Genie Phospho-PDGFR-beta (Y751) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta phosphorylated at tyrosine 751 in cell lysates and tissue lysates. Tyrosine 751 is an established autophosphorylation site within the PDGFR-beta cytoplasmic domain that recruits PI3K and other SH2-containing effectors following PDGF ligand binding, making it a functional readout of receptor activation in oncology, fibrosis, and vascular signaling studies.

This phosphorylation ELISA is supplied as a complete microplate-format kit with absorbance-based readout. The human-specific capture and detection antibodies selectively recognize only the Y751-phosphorylated receptor, allowing researchers to follow PDGF-driven pathway kinetics without phospho-western blotting. Each kit contains a pre-coated plate, lyophilized standards, and detection reagents sufficient for 96 individual reactions.
