Human Phospho-JAK2 (Y1007/1008) and Total JAK2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1871)

Assay Genie's Phospho-JAK2 (Y1007/1008) and Total JAK2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables researchers to simultaneously quantify both the autophosphorylated Y1007/Y1008 form and total JAK2 protein in cell and tissue lysates, supporting studies of JAK-STAT signal transduction. The dual-target design separates active kinase readout from total expression, useful for investigations of cytokine-driven pathways, erythropoietin and thrombopoietin signaling, and myeloproliferative neoplasm biology where the JAK2 V617F mutation drives constitutive activation.
