Human Phospho-IRF-3 (S386) and Total IRF-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1864)

This dual-target ELISA from Assay Genie quantifies interferon regulatory factor 3 activation by measuring phospho-IRF-3 (S386) and total IRF-3 in parallel from a single lysate preparation. IRF-3 phosphorylation at Ser386 is an early marker of innate immune signaling triggered by cytosolic viral RNA sensors such as RIG-I and cGAS-STING, supporting antiviral response studies, vaccine adjuvant screening, and inflammation research workflows. The 96-assay kit is compatible with cell lysates and tissue lysates, with a typical sample volume of 100 uL per well.
