The Human Phospho-Glucocorticoid Receptor (S226) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a phosphorylation-site-specific immunoassay built to quantify activated glucocorticoid receptor carrying the regulatory serine 226 modification, which controls nuclear translocation, transcriptional output, and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-axis signaling. The kit is supplied as a complete microplate-based workflow containing pre-coated wells, a capture antibody selective for the phospho-S226 motif, detection reagents, and a recombinant phospho-protein standard curve spanning a working range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, all calibrated for measuring phospho-GR in human cell lysates and tissue lysates without cross-reactivity toward the unphosphorylated receptor. Each kit accommodates the standard 96-assay plate layout and produces a quantitative signal readable on conventional plate readers. Store kit components refrigerated at 4 degrees C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw of lysate samples and conjugate vials. Intended for research use only and validated for in vitro pathway studies of glucocorticoid pharmacology, inflammation biology, oncology signaling, and metabolic disease research, where separating receptor activation from total receptor abundance is critical.
