The Phospho-EGFR (Y1045) and Total EGFR PharmaGenie ELISA from Assay Genie is a dual-target immunoassay that quantifies receptor phosphorylation at tyrosine 1045 alongside total EGFR protein in matched wells, supporting phospho-to-total ratio analysis within a single experimental run. Y1045 is the principal c-Cbl docking site that couples EGFR activation to receptor ubiquitination, endocytic trafficking, and lysosomal turnover, and is therefore a key readout in oncology and receptor tyrosine kinase biology.

Validated for human cell lysates and tissue lysates, the kit delivers 96 determinations per box and uses a colorimetric endpoint compatible with standard microplate readers.
