Human Phospho-CDK1 (T161) and Total CDK1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1771)

The Phospho-CDK1 (T161) and Total CDK1 assay from Assay Genie quantifies both the activating threonine-161 phosphorylation of cyclin-dependent kinase 1 and total CDK1 protein from the same lysate, enabling normalization of phosphorylation to total kinase levels in cell cycle and oncology research. CDK1, also known as CDC2, drives the G2/M transition, and T161 phosphorylation in its activation loop is a key regulatory event that is frequently altered in proliferative disorders and tumor samples. The assay has been validated for cross-reactivity with human, mouse, and rat CDK1.

The kit is supplied as a complete reagent set in a microplate format with 96 assays, validated for cell lysates and tissue lysates, and uses a sample volume of 50 µL per well.
