The Assay Genie Phospho-Caveolin-1 (Tyr14) and Total Caveolin-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables simultaneous measurement of tyrosine 14-phosphorylated Cav-1 alongside total Cav-1 protein within the same well, supporting clean normalization without inter-well variability. Caveolin-1 is the 22 kDa scaffolding protein that defines caveolae membrane domains, and phosphorylation at Tyr14 by Src family kinases governs mechanotransduction, focal adhesion turnover, and directed cell migration.
