This residue sits within the SH2-SH3 linker region and serves as a well-characterized readout of c-Abl catalytic activity, making the kit useful for studies of BCR-ABL signaling in chronic myeloid leukemia models, DNA damage response pathways, and cytoskeletal regulation.
