Human Phospho-c-Abl (Y245) and Total c-Abl PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1739)

The Human Phospho-c-Abl (Y245) and Total c-Abl PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a dual-analyte, research use only in vitro platform for simultaneous quantification of phosphorylated c-Abl at tyrosine 245 and total c-Abl protein. c-Abl (ABL1) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase whose Y245 autophosphorylation site lies within the SH2-SH3 regulatory linker, and elevated pY245 signal correlates with catalytic activation in BCR-ABL driven chronic myeloid leukemia, imatinib resistance models, and DNA damage response pathways. Each microplate is supplied with pre-immobilized capture antibodies, recombinant phospho- and total-c-Abl standards, and detection reagents for cell lysates and tissue lysates. The dual readout allows normalization of phosphorylation to total expression within the same sample, reducing well-to-well variability. Reconstituted standards should be stored frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while remaining components are shipped on ice packs and kept refrigerated until first use.
