The Human Phospho-BTK (Y551) PharmaGenie ELISA from Assay Genie quantitatively measures tyrosine 551 phosphorylation of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), the activation-loop autophosphorylation site that serves as a direct readout of BTK catalytic activity. Researchers apply this microplate-based assay to B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling studies, lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) research, and pharmacodynamic profiling of covalent BTK inhibitors such as ibrutinib and acalabrutinib in cell signaling and immunology workflows.

The workflow uses a phospho-specific Y551 capture antibody together with a total BTK detection antibody, supporting normalization across cell lysate and tissue lysate samples.
