Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.089 ng/ml. Intra-assay CV is 5.4% and inter-assay CV is 9.7%. Recovery has been validated at an average of 98% (range 92-104%) for serum and 100% (range 94-106%) for plasma. Linearity has been assessed across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. The kit is intended for research use only.
