Human Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 (PEBP1) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative detection of human Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 (PEBP1), a target also known by synonyms including RKIP (Raf kinase inhibitor protein), HCNPpp, Neuropolypeptide h3, Prostatic-binding protein, PEBP-1, PBP, and PEBP. The kit is for research use only and employs a colorimetric detection method.

Validated for use with human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay shows specificity for natural and recombinant human PEBP1. Mean recovery is 103% for serum (range 97–109%) and 105% for plasma (range 99–111%).
