PHKA1 (phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit alpha 1) is the muscle isoform of the alpha subunit of phosphorylase kinase, an enzyme complex central to glycogen breakdown regulation. This quantitative immunoassay kit from Assay Genie is built for measuring PHKA1 protein levels in human specimens with a colorimetric readout.
