Human PHF1/PHD finger protein 1 ELISA Kit

This double-antibody sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of PHF1 (PHD finger protein 1) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Also known as PCL1, hPCl1, and Polycomb-like protein 1 (UniProt O43189), PHF1 is a chromatin-associated protein of interest in epigenetics and nuclear signaling research, with roles in gene regulation, chromatin remodelling, cancer biology, and developmental biology.

The colorimetric assay covers a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody together with HRP-streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Recovery and linearity have been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices. All reagents are stored at 2–8°C, with selected components additionally stable at –20°C for up to 12 months.
