The Human PHACTR1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Phosphatase and Actin Regulator 1 in human research samples. PHACTR1 modulates actin cytoskeleton dynamics and has been highlighted by genome-wide association studies as a susceptibility locus for coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, and coronary artery calcification, making it a relevant target in cardiovascular and renal biomarker research.
