Human PGRMC2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07247)

PGRMC2 (Progesterone Receptor Membrane Component 2) is a heme-binding membrane protein of the MAPR family that mediates non-genomic progesterone signaling and contributes to lipid and steroid metabolism, oocyte maturation, and spermatogenesis. Research into hormone-responsive tissues, reproductive biology, and tumor microenvironments has used quantitative immunoassays to monitor PGRMC2 levels in human specimens, and Assay Genie supplies a dedicated ELISA kit configured for this work.

This in vitro immunoassay quantifies human PGRMC2 using a colorimetric read-out on a microplate, and the kit is supplied with all reagents needed to run standard curves and unknown samples.
