Assay Genie's Human PGLS ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of the cytosolic enzyme 6-phosphogluconolactonase, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of 6-phosphogluconolactone to 6-phosphogluconate in the oxidative branch of the pentose phosphate pathway.
