Human PGK1/Phosphoglycerate kinase 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the precise measurement of PGK1 (Phosphoglycerate Kinase 1) levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. PGK1 is an enzyme that plays a key role in glycolysis, and abnormal levels have been linked to diseases such as cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a potential biomarker for disease detection and treatment evaluation. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and a double-antibody sandwich format, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reactivity is human. Sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL and the standard curve range is 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 5) spans 86-101% at 1:2, 85-99% at 1:4, and 85-105% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n = 5) spans 84-99%, 84-101%, and 83-95% across the same dilutions; heparin plasma (n = 5) spans 81-93%, 81-99%, and 82-96%. Recovery in serum averages 94% (range 87-102%), in EDTA plasma averages 96% (range 87-101%), and in heparin plasma averages 96% (range 87-104%). The procedure includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes.
