Post-GPI attachment to proteins factor 1 (PGAP1) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident enzyme that catalyzes inositol deacylation during glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor remodeling, a required step before GPI-anchored proteins transit to the Golgi. This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human PGAP1 through an in vitro immunoassay compatible with human serum-derived and plasma-derived specimens.
