Human PGA5/Pepsin A ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's PGA5/Pepsin A ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay designed for the quantitative measurement of pepsin A in human samples. The kit is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB-based color development.

Assay performance is reported as a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL across a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n = 5) 89-105%, 83-101%, 80-96%; EDTA plasma (n = 5) 85-99%, 84-98%, 84-99%; heparin plasma (n = 5) 86-105%, 83-96%, 83-100%. Spike-and-recovery values across the same matrices are: serum (n = 5) 85-103% with an average of 94%; EDTA plasma (n = 5) 87-101% with an average of 95%; heparin plasma (n = 5) 86-104% with an average of 96%.
