Human Persephin/PSPN ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay designed for the precise, colorimetric measurement of Persephin (PSPN) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Persephin is a protein known for promoting the survival and development of neurons, and quantifying its levels supports research in neurobiology and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.

The kit demonstrates a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL with an assay range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions falls within 83-100%, 81-100% and 85-103% for serum, 85-100%, 82-95% and 87-105% for EDTA plasma, and 84-95%, 86-100% and 85-104% for heparin plasma. Average recovery is 93% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 96% in heparin plasma. Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
