Human Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta (PPARD) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with human samples.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is 5.6% CV and inter-assay precision is 9.6% CV. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (92-122% across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16), EDTA plasma (81-120%), and heparin plasma (95-117%). Recovery is 97-109% in serum and 99-111% in plasma. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human PPARD.
