Human Peroxiredoxin-5, mitochondrial (PRDX5) ELISA Kit

According to manufacturer specifications, the detection range is 0.78-50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.23 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported as 4.2% and inter-assay CV as 8.1%. The target analyte, PRDX5, is a thiol-specific peroxidase that catalyses the reduction of hydrogen peroxide and organic hydroperoxides to water and alcohols, playing a role in cell protection against oxidative stress and acting as a sensor of hydrogen peroxide-mediated signalling events.
