Human Peroxiredoxin-4 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the precise detection of peroxiredoxin 4 levels in human samples and is suitable for cell biology research. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate with read-out at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 89–103%, 85–98% and 87–101% for serum (n=5); 82–101%, 83–93% and 82–99% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 81–100%, 82–93% and 80–100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Spike recovery ranges are 93–104% (average 95%) for serum, 85–101% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–102% (average 92%) for heparin plasma. Storage is 2–8°C for 12 months.
