Human Peroxiredoxin-1 (PRDX1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Peroxiredoxin-1 (PRDX1) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format immunoassay for quantifying PRDX1 in human samples. PRDX1 is a peroxiredoxin-family antioxidant enzyme involved in redox regulation, reducing peroxides via the thioredoxin system and helping protect cells from oxidative stress. The kit is intended for research use only.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. According to the manufacturer's product sheet, the detection range is 15.6-1000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 10pg/mL.
