Human Peroxidasin homolog/PXDN ELISA Kit

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Reported linearity values are 88-105% for serum, 82-101% for EDTA plasma, and 86-100% for heparin plasma across dilution ratios, with recovery averages of 94% for serum, 100% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma. The kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for up to 12 months and supports research in signal transduction.
