Human Perforin SuperSet ELISA Kit

An ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Perforin (also known as PRF1, PFP, Cytolysin or pore-forming protein). It is a DIY-format ELISA employing a colorimetric detection method and is intended for immunology research in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

The assay is validated for serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples, using a 100 µl sample volume. Manufacturer-stated performance characteristics include an assay range of 62.5 pg/ml - 2000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of 40 pg/ml, and no cross reactivity with other human soluble molecules. The kit recognises natural human Perforin, with a total incubation time from sample to end of 2h45. Each kit supplies capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB, and a detailed protocol including buffer composition.
