Human Perforin ELISpot Pair

The Human Perforin ELISpot Pair from Assay Genie is a matched antibody set for enumerating perforin-secreting cells at single-cell resolution. Perforin is a pore-forming cytolytic protein released by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells during granule-mediated target cell killing, allowing direct visualization of antigen-specific effector responses from peripheral blood mononuclear cell preparations, isolated leukocyte populations, or cell culture supernatants. Each pair is supplied as separate vials containing biotinylated detection antibody and unconjugated capture antibody, giving researchers flexibility to configure their own plate format with a chosen membrane and detection enzyme. Typical workflows use 100 µL of cell suspension per well with overnight incubation to capture secreted perforin as discrete immunospots that are then counted under a stereomicroscope or automated reader.
