Human Perforin 1 (PRF1) ELISA Kit

Perforin 1 (PRF1) is a pore-forming cytolytic protein secreted by activated cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells, where it inserts into target cell membranes to mediate granzyme delivery and trigger apoptosis of the marked cell. The Assay Genie Human Perforin 1 ELISA Kit is configured as a 96-assay microplate and is intended for research use only, supporting quantitative measurement of PRF1 in prepared human donor specimens including serum samples, plasma samples, and tissue homogenates.
