Human Peptide YY 3 (PYY3) ELISA Kit

Peptide YY 3-36 (PYY3) is the principal postprandial form of PYY, secreted by intestinal L-cells and acting through Y2 receptors to signal satiety and regulate appetite. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative in vitro measurement of PYY3 in human research specimens using a competitive inhibition immunoassay format with colorimetric readout.

Performance: standard curve range 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, analytical sensitivity approximately 9.4 pg/mL, with 50 uL sample volume per well. Generated absorbance at the read wavelength is inversely proportional to PYY3 concentration, allowing interpolation against the supplied calibrators.

Kit contents: pre-coated microplate, lyophilized PYY3 reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, concentrated wash buffer, and assay diluent — sufficient reagents for 96 determinations.
