Human PEBP1/Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 ELISA Kit

PEBP1 is a phospholipid-binding protein involved in cellular proliferation, apoptosis, and signal transduction, and its dysregulation has been associated with cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and inflammatory disorders, making it a useful biomarker for studying disease mechanisms and therapeutic targets. The workflow follows reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding, TMB colour development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution. Kits are stored at 2-8°C.

Reported linearity spans 83–105% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, and spike-recovery averages are 96% (serum, n=5), 97% (EDTA plasma, n=5), and 97% (heparin plasma, n=5).
