Human PEAR1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0988)

PEAR1 (Platelet Endothelial Aggregation Receptor 1) is a type I transmembrane protein expressed on platelets, megakaryocytes, and endothelial cells, where it mediates homophilic adhesion and contributes to platelet aggregation. Sequence variants in the human PEAR1 gene have been associated with altered platelet reactivity and differential responses to antiplatelet drugs such as clopidogrel and aspirin, positioning PEAR1 as a target of cardiovascular and pharmacogenomic investigation. The PharmaGenie ELISA line from Assay Genie is configured to support quantitative biomarker work in drug-response studies, helping researchers characterize inter-individual variability in medication efficacy.
