Human PDGF-BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor-BB) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a colorimetric detection method for the measurement of human PDGF-BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor-BB). It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. The workflow involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
