The Assay Genie Human PDGF-BB PharmaGenie ELISA Kit delivers quantitative measurement of platelet-derived growth factor BB, a 24 kDa homodimeric growth factor secreted from platelet alpha granules and implicated in angiogenesis, wound healing, and fibroproliferative disorders. Each run requires 100 µL of sample per well and is compatible with cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, plasma, serum, and tissue lysates. Reagents should be stored refrigerated at 4 °C, and the kit is supplied for research use only in a single-use microplate format. Standards and detection antibody are provided in individual vials, allowing multiple assays within shelf life when stored properly.
