Human PDGF-AA/Platelet Derived Growth Factor-AA ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed to accurately measure human PDGF-AA levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout, and is suited to a wide range of research applications relating to cell proliferation, tissue repair, wound healing, and tissue regeneration.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) is 87-102% at 1:2, 90-103% at 1:4, and 85-99% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n=5) 85-95%, 88-101%, and 86-95%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) 83-94%, 91-94%, and 83-100%. Recovery ranges are 91-105% (average 96%) for serum, 86-103% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-105% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C and is stable for 12 months.
